Support Groups

Healing happens in community. Our facilitated support groups bring together people on similar journeys to share, connect, and grow โ€” because no one should have to face their challenges alone.

Common Questions

Do I need to be a current patient to join a group? +
No. Our support groups are open to the wider community. You do not need to be an existing MindMedic patient. A brief phone screening is conducted before joining to ensure the group is the right fit for you.
Is everything shared in the group kept confidential? +
Confidentiality is a core ground rule of all our groups. All members agree to keep what is shared within the group. The facilitator will also explain the rare exceptions required by law at the first session.
Can I attend both individual therapy and a support group? +
Absolutely โ€” and we often recommend it. Group and individual therapy work powerfully in combination. Many of our clients find that group sessions complement and accelerate the work done in their individual sessions.

Find your community. Start healing together.
